Not every recipe can be a success and but I rarely have a true failure anymore. These days a first pass at a recipe may not turn out exactly as I planned, but they are usually edible. Unless we’re talking about baked goods, of course. Sadly, I have wrecked MANY batches of cupcakes. But sometimes I get really lucky and a failed attempt at one recipe becomes a successful new recipe. And that’s how I created Lemongrass Chicken.
