I am a huge fan of i am a food blog. Stephanie’s recipes are inspirational, even if they are too time consuming for me on a regular basis. However, I attempted her Kalbi baby back ribs on Sunday, for a fun afternoon snack to share. I didn’t marinate them as long as I was supposed to, and I’m pretty sure that my pear was not as juicy as it was supposed to be. Plus, my local grocery store only had Hormel ribs, and meat with added juices (ewww!) never turns out as well as it should. Anyway, they were delicious, but not at all glamorous like in the recipe. So I’m feeling brave, and this is what my version looked like. I hope you are laughing. Hard. I was. Perhaps this is worthy of Pintester?
