I’m not sure what to say about Israeli salad except that everytime I eat it at our favorite Middle Eastern restaurant I get mad at myself for not making it more often. Like every day. Because seriously, this simple chopped vegetable salad is about as good as it gets. And while I have a recipe for you below, it doesn’t really need a recipe. Chop, squirt and swirl some olive oil. Don’t you love how some of the most delicious foods are the easiest to make?
